Is there a free trial available?
Yes, we offer a free trial period of 14 days. During this period, you will begin the creation of your digital avatar. If, during this period you decide to cancel your membership your account along with all of your digital data will be permanently deleted.
How often can I access or update my personal information?
You may log into your account at any time and add, delete, or modify your information. The only exception to this will be occasional downtime due to site maintenance and updates.
Is my data secure?
We take data and site security seriously. Our data protection begins with the use of the virtual private network (VPN) protocol to encrypt all communication between you and Modern Eternals. our servers utilize the most modern technology when processing your data. Data storage is backed up frequently and a duplicate copy is stored offsite. We do not use third-party “cloud” storage, Everything is controlled by Modern Eternals.
